That is why we back them with up to a ten-year limited parts warranty.  We want you to enjoy the benefits of owning a worry-free piece of equipment. However, as good as your new Rheem equipment is, problems can sometimes occur. You can protect yourself from unexpected, unbudgeted repairs after the limited warranty expires. It is always a good policy to have your Rheem equipment checked every spring and fall.

A/C Maintnenance

  1. We Inspect ducts, vents, cabinets, refrigerant lines, and the perimeter of the unit for debris, mold, and leaks.

  2. We clean the condenser and evaporator.

  3. We clean filters or replace them if necessary. 

  4. We clean out any debris in the drain line and the drain pan.

  5. We check humidity levels and thermostat controls for proper measurement and regulations.  

  6. We inspect the fan motor, blower motor, and blades. 

  7. We lubricate all moving parts. 

  8. We replace any worn-out belts and pulleys. 

  9. We inspect electrical components and connections as well as replace batteries. 

  10. We check freon with gauges and charge.​

Furnance Maintenance

  1.  We inspect the heat exchanger, heating elements, heat pump, burner, and ignition system.

  2.  We change the filters on heating equipment. 

  3.  We clean drain lines and drain pans.

  4.  We check the thermostat controls for proper measurement and regulations. 

  5.  We Inspect the fan motor, blower motor, and blades. 

  6.  We lubricate all moving parts. 

  7.  We replace any worn-out belts and pulleys.

  8.  We inspect electrical components and connections as well as replace batteries. 

  9.  We check for gas leaks and flue gas passageways. 

  10.  We Check freon with gauges and charge. 

Two Options Available

     Two checkups a year in the Spring and Summer - $250.00 for the first unit and $100.00 for each additional unit​
     Three checkups a year​ in the Spring, Summer, and Fall - $350.00 for the first unit and $100.00 for each additional unit

 Options 1  

Spring: March-May: Your unit will be serviced in this time frame
Summer: June-August: Your unit will be serviced in this time frame

Option 2

 Spring: March-May: Your unit will be serviced in this time frame

Summer: June-August: Your unit will be serviced in this time frame
Fall: September-November: Your unit will be serviced in this time frame
